Gambling, pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial products.
Malware, hacking tools, or services designed to harm systems or people.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination.
Impersonation of another person, brand, or Aroura staff.
Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging through the platform.
Attempting to bypass security, access other merchants' data, or probe infrastructure.
Misrepresenting product origin, pricing, refunds, or delivery timelines.
Using Aroura to launder money or process transactions for third parties without authorization.

We may warn, restrict, pause, or terminate stores that violate this policy.
We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
Appeals can be submitted via the Contact page with your store subdomain and details.
