Account deletion details
This is the public deletion URL for Aroura. Submit the email you used to register. You can also request deletion from the Aroura Store mobile app under Account → Delete account.
- Deletion requests are accepted through the form on this page.
- You must provide your registered email and confirm permanent deletion.
- Requests are reviewed and processed after ownership verification.
- Mobile path: Aroura Store → Account → Delete account.
- Merchant path: Dashboard → Settings → delete account (when available).
What is deleted
- Account profile, login credentials, and contact details
- Shopper data such as saved addresses, wishlist items, and order history linked to your account (subject to legal retention)
- For merchants: store configuration you own and staff access linked to your account (subject to legal retention)
Data retention
- Subscription billing records are retained as required by law.
- Order data belonging to your customers may be retained or anonymized according to merchant obligations and legal requirements.
- Security and compliance logs may be kept for the minimum period required by law.
Deletion process timeline
- Submit the request form with your account email.
- Our team verifies account ownership.
- Eligible account data is deleted or anonymized from active systems.
- You receive a confirmation email after the request is completed.
