How quickly can I open my store?

Most stores go live after onboarding and payment verification — often under 5 minutes for card checkout. You claim a subdomain, add products, set shipping and payment methods, then start selling.

Are prices shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)?

Yes for Pakistan. Subscription prices are listed in PKR on our homepage pricing and Pricing page — currently Standard at RS 2,999/- per month or RS 29,999/- per year; Premium at RS 7,999/- per month or RS 79,999/- per year; Enterprise at . Storefront product prices on Pakistan stores are also in PKR by default.

Do you charge a fee on my sales?

No. Martivo does not take a percentage of your storefront sales. You pay the subscription; payment-processor or COD/wallet costs (if any) are between you and that method.

How do delivery, refunds, returns, and cancellations work?

Platform subscription delivery, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Delivery, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Product returns for items sold on a merchant storefront are handled by that merchant.

Where are Privacy Policy and Terms?

What content or products are prohibited?

Illegal or restricted goods/services, counterfeits, fraud, malware, and other categories listed in our Acceptable Use Policy are not allowed. We may suspend stores that violate these rules.

What tiers do you sell?

Standard → Premium → Enterprise. Each tier raises your limits — products, staff seats, media storage, branches and POS tills — and switches on more of the platform. The homepage pricing section lists exactly what each one includes, and those are the entitlements the product enforces.

Can I move up or down a tier later?

Yes, from Dashboard → Billing. An upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged only the prorated difference for the rest of your current period. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current period, so you keep the tier you paid for and its limits until then — and you can cancel a scheduled downgrade any time before it applies.

If you pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa rather than card, downgrades schedule the same way. To upgrade, submit a renewal application with the higher tier selected: your unused days carry over onto it.

Can I bring my own domain?

Yes on Premium and Enterprise. Every store also gets a default URL at your-brand.martivo.online with SSL on the platform domain.

Who owns my data?

You do. Martivo hosts it for you; you can export products, orders, and customers. See the Privacy Policy for how data is collected, stored, and used.
