In every tier
- Branded storefront on your Martivo subdomain, with SSL.
- Product catalog, orders, customers, and checkout.
- Windows POS on Premium and Enterprise for in-store sales, synced with the same catalog.
- Cash on delivery, bank transfer and local wallet payment methods where you offer them.
Changing tier
- Upgrade from Dashboard → Billing: the new tier starts immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your current period.
- Downgrade from the same screen: the change is scheduled for the end of your current period, so you keep the tier you paid for and its limits until then. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade at any point before it applies.
- Cancel from Dashboard → Billing; cancellations take effect at period end.
- Paying by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa? Downgrades schedule the same way; to upgrade, submit a renewal application with the higher tier selected and your unused days carry over.
How pricing works
- No hidden Martivo transaction fees on your customer sales — only your payment method costs apply.
- Taxes: where applicable under Pakistani law, amounts may be shown inclusive or with tax as stated at checkout.
- Limits shown per tier are enforced in the product: once you hit a tier's ceiling you are asked to upgrade rather than silently blocked.
Enterprise / custom
Enterprise is quote-only: choose it on the Contact page and we will tailor limits, an SLA and agency portfolio pricing to you. Quotes for Pakistan custom work are provided in PKR unless otherwise agreed. Need something beyond Enterprise? Contact us — we can scope it.
