Orders & customers
How new orders appear, payment status, fulfillment, and guest order tracking.
Updated
Working orders
- New orders appear in Dashboard → Orders. Update payment and fulfillment status as you ship.
- For JazzCash / EasyPaisa orders, check the payment reference (TID) then mark payment as PAID.
- Export order details from the order detail view for your records.
Customers
- Customer records are created automatically at checkout for registered shoppers.
- Guests can track orders via Track Order using email and order number.
- Turn on owner order notifications (email / WhatsApp) in Settings so you never miss a sale.
